Senior Software Engineer – .NET Core, C# & AI

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build C# applications that power its RapidDeploy public‑safety platform. You will work on both back‑end services and client‑side components while embedding AI/ML capabilities into core services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance C#/.NET Core applications.
• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI components for story refinement, task breakdown, and automated documentation.
• Use agentic code‑generation tools to accelerate development, ensuring human‑in‑the‑loop oversight for security and logic.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs with traditional debugging and AI‑powered diagnostics.
• Architect and implement custom AI Skills and autonomous agents that enhance data processing and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across all phases of the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in C# and .NET Core development.
• Strong background in integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems.
