Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale HR transformation programme. The role combines agile delivery leadership with traditional programme and project management to ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the programme, creating and maintaining integrated plans, milestones and critical‑path schedules.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources and budget while coordinating inter‑dependencies between business and technology streams.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, PI Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Retrospective) and maintain the Agile board in Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Track velocity, sprint progress and delivery metrics, remove blockers and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, Architecture, Security, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Employee Benefits, Investments and Operations.
• Prepare and present executive‑level updates to sponsors, steering committees and governance forums.
• Identify, manage and resolve risks, issues and dependencies throughout the programme.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of project and programme management experience, preferably in financial services or large enterprises.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Strong Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and investments operations.
