Senior Sales Specialist (Low & Medium Voltage Services)

About the role

TRS Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to expand its Low and Medium Voltage Service business across Nigeria. The role combines technical knowledge of electrical services with strong sales expertise to create long‑term value for industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, power, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and customer engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to contract award—including proposal, tender, and commercial offer preparation.
• Conduct on‑site customer visits and presentations to understand requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to inform strategy.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective account management and post‑sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee successful project execution and service delivery.

Required profile
