Senior Revit Technician / Designer – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revit Technician / Designer to join our team immediately. The role involves producing detailed Revit documentation for interior, architectural and custom‑furniture projects, and coordinating closely with designers, procurement and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed Revit drawings, 3‑D models and full documentation packages.
• Set up parametric modelling in Revit for the studio.
• Develop and coordinate interior, architectural and custom‑furniture drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Coordinate with designers, procurement teams, suppliers and project managers to ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.
• Review drawings for accuracy, buildability and coordination issues.
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized project documentation.
• Assist in creating presentation and technical drawing packages for client approval.
• Work efficiently under pressure across multiple active projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong technical drawing and detailing ability.
• Experience in interior design, hospitality, residential or custom‑furniture projects is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and construction details.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and joinery detailing is beneficial.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and communication skills.
• Own car and immediate availability preferred.
