An established restaurant in Centurion is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will have good general management skills, front and back of house experience, and strong staff management and training skills. The position suits someone who works well under pressure and leads teams effectively.

- 8+ years of experience in a sit-down restaurant or bar environment
