Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology & GTM

About the role

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Technology and GTM recruitment. The role is fully remote and supports both contract and permanent placements for clients worldwide. You will work closely with the Client Services team and senior leadership to drive successful hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.
• Leverage multiple headhunting techniques to source top talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Deliver excellent service to your network of candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Technology and IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills (C1 English required).
• Drive and determination to build a successful recruitment career.
• Desire to grow with the business and expand its offering.
