About the role

GEDON Executive is looking for a motivated Full‑Time Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. You will work remotely, following a consistent schedule, and help connect top talent with executive‑level opportunities in the construction sector. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, hyper‑niche recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and the internal database.
• Conduct phone and video interviews, asking insightful questions to assess fit.
• Write detailed candidate profiles and manage data accurately in the CRM system.
• Negotiate salary expectations and offer terms with candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and people skills; recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to ask the right questions to uncover candidate strengths.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
• Organised, reliable and motivated by achieving results.
• Familiarity with the Australian employment market is an advantage.
