Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are an international recruitment and Employer of Record business supporting clients in the UK and the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our South African team on a remote basis, working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients.
• Source, screen and interview high‑quality candidates across multiple industries.
• Run candidate attraction campaigns and headhunt passive talent using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in the company CRM.
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and hiring strategy advice to clients.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage offers and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate closely with the UK sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed individual placement and revenue targets.
