Senior Project Manager

About the role

Percepta is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Global Project Management Office. This fully remote position serves clients across the United States and Canada, primarily supporting contact‑center operations in the automotive industry. You will lead the delivery of client programs, internal initiatives, and enterprise‑level projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large, complex projects simultaneously, owning schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project team structures, allocate resources, and staff projects appropriately.
• Coach and mentor team members on project management methodology and share lessons learned.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans (WBS, Gantt) and monitor deliverables.
• Support presales activities, contribute to RFX and SOW creation.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Manage change requests to prevent scope creep and ensure project health.
• Report project status, health, and KPI measurements to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence and lead successful projects with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience managing projects in a contact‑center environment, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for written reports and stakeholder reviews.

Required skills

• Familiarity with an approved project management framework (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
