Senior Project Manager (Beauty + Ecomm)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our eCommerce Content Factory, creating and localising high‑volume beauty content for skin and hair categories across multiple European markets. The role blends creativity with strict compliance, using automation and AI to deliver consistent, engaging digital experiences for iconic beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated projects for beauty and e‑commerce clients, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency.
• Oversee high‑volume adaptation of content across channels while maintaining legal and scientific compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to plan, execute and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Utilise project‑management and creative‑software tools to streamline workflows and communication.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain primary client relationships, providing regular updates and handling change requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the beauty and/or fashion sector, preferably combined with e‑commerce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑volume projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on compliance and detail.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
