Senior Program Manager

About the role

Goodwall is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead partner programs that connect Gen Z and Alpha learners with leading organisations. The role owns the full lifecycle of programs—from relationship building and scoping to execution, reporting and impact measurement—ensuring measurable outcomes for partners and growth for Goodwall’s member base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships with universities, NGOs, foundations, governments and corporations, translating their priorities into actionable work plans.
• Identify and launch new partnership opportunities that align Goodwall’s value proposition with partner needs.
• Coordinate and execute virtual programs across internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all program operations.
• Design educational programs using internal SOPs, partner requirements and domain expertise, covering research, planning, design and specification.
• Manage program P&L, track qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, troubleshoot issues in real time and deliver comprehensive end‑of‑program reports.
• Organise partner meetings, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and ensure milestones are met on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end program management and partnership development.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational rigor and ability to translate goals into concrete actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse organisations.
• Ability to analyse data, monitor performance and produce detailed reports.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and drives results in a fast‑moving environment.
