Senior Partner Account Manager (Strategic Partnerships)

About the role

Chosen Online is seeking a senior partner account manager to lead and expand its strategic partner ecosystem. The role combines relationship management, business development and revenue generation, focusing on enterprise‑level consulting firms and technology VARs across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen executive relationships with existing enterprise partners, driving collaboration and commercial success.
• Identify, target and onboard new high‑value strategic partners, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
• Lead partner onboarding, sales enablement and training programmes to ensure long‑term success.
• Work with partners to uncover integration, automation and digital transformation opportunities, building a qualified pipeline.
• Assess, qualify and hand over partner‑generated opportunities to internal sales teams while maintaining engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years overall business experience, with at least 5 years in channel sales, alliance or partner management.
• Proven track record of building and growing partner ecosystems that generate indirect revenue.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills with senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Experience engaging enterprise organisations of 200+ employees or revenues exceeding R500 million.
• Preferred background in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, integration or automation solutions.
