Senior Oracle Business Analyst

About the role

The client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Business Analyst to partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting Oracle EBS solutions that improve processes, ensure compliance and drive automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and information requirements to identify system needs and improvement opportunities.
• Design, implement and support Oracle EBS solutions aligned with Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations.
• Develop detailed business and functional specifications for system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Evaluate existing systems, identify shortcomings and implement solutions while maintaining data integrity.
• Manage system‑related projects from requirements gathering through successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing support, maintain documentation and deliver user training in line with SLAs.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, BEng in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of business or systems analysis experience, preferably in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Proven Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation and support experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning and organisational skills with excellent communication.

• Integration experience using APIs/web services, EDI and file‑based interfaces
• Knowledge of quality management processes and GxP‑compliant documentation
