Senior Media Buyer

About the role

Convertico is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead end‑to‑end execution of Meta and Google campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will be the engine room driving aggressive revenue growth through data‑driven optimisation and full‑funnel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and aggressively scale Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple industries.
• Monitor real‑time performance, kill under‑performers and double down on winners daily.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief high‑velocity UGC and static assets.
• Ensure tracking set‑ups (CAPI, GTM, GA4) are bullet‑proof and provide accurate attribution.
• Deliver strategic reporting focused on revenue and contribution margin, avoiding vanity metrics.
• Maintain proactive, crystal‑clear communication with clients, managing expectations with speed and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 3 + years of hands‑on experience managing 6‑ to 7‑figure monthly spends on Meta and Google platforms.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, taking 100 % accountability for account performance.
• Data‑obsessed attitude with the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights.
• Relentless pursuit of ROAS improvements beyond industry averages.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Ads.
• Implementation and optimisation of CAPI (Conversion API).
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and management.
• GA4 (Google Analytics 4) tracking and reporting.
