Senior Litigation Commercial Secretary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Commercial Secretary to join our fast‑paced commercial legal practice. You will provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for our litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
• Maintain and organise diaries, schedule meetings and court dates.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, responding to enquiries and coordinating information flow.
• Support overall practice coordination, including filing, record‑keeping and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a litigation/commercial secretary.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and documentation.
• Proven track record as a Legal Secretary in a law firm environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple personalities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
