Senior Justice & Rule of Law Expert

About the role
NTU International is seeking a Senior Justice & Rule of Law Expert to join a pool of qualified non‑key experts for a 48‑month EU‑funded project in Lesotho. The expert will be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis to support justice sector reforms and rule‑of‑law initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical advice on justice sector reforms and rule of law.
- Conduct institutional and legal assessments.
- Support governance reforms and policy dialogue.
- Monitor implementation of justice‑related programmes.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in justice reform, rule of law and governance.
- Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Experience with EU‑funded projects is an advantage.
