Senior iOS Developer – Digital Channels

About the role

Discovery’s Digital Channels team is looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join the Mobile Team. You will work on the Discovery member application, collaborating with product owners, analysts, designers and architects to deliver high‑quality mobile solutions that enhance member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain iOS features for the Discovery member app.
• Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post‑release support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Support and maintain deployed applications across development, test and production environments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the system development life‑cycle and the role of a developer at each stage.
• Experience working with defined development tools, processes and workflows.
• Ability to differentiate and implement business, functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality source code.
• Familiarity with the domain terminology and its translation into system implementations.
