Senior International Recruiter (Fintech/iGaming/Microsoft/Agency)

About the role

We’re seeking a high‑performing recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Microsoft Business Solutions talent globally or for the iGaming, Fintech or Sales sectors. You will blend world‑class headhunting with AI (including ChatGPT) and a modern ATS to build outstanding shortlists while nurturing trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment (intake, sourcing, assessment, offer) for roles across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and Modern Work, as well as iGaming and Fintech positions.
• Proactively headhunt scarce skills; conduct market mapping and competitive talent intelligence.
• Use AI/ChatGPT to accelerate sourcing, personalize outreach, capture screening notes and generate candidate summaries.
• Maintain disciplined process and data hygiene in the ATS; produce clear pipeline and KPI reporting.
• Lead client discovery, set SLAs, deliver weekly updates and advise on compensation and market insights.
• Orchestrate structured interviews/assessments; manage offers and close talent across regions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of international recruiting experience in an agency setting.
• 3‑5 years recruiting for Microsoft, Fintech or iGaming.
• Proven headhunting track record for senior and niche roles.
• Hands‑on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Manatal) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated use of AI/ChatGPT in day‑to‑day recruiting workflows.
• Strong client management, negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones; deadline‑driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Based in Cape Town (or willing to relocate) and able to work on‑site in the CBD.
