Senior Interior Designer – Project Execution Lead

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing interior design and architecture studio seeking a senior professional to lead project execution from technical documentation through procurement to final installation. This hands‑on role will bring structure, control and consistency to high‑end residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full project execution from concept handover to completion.
• Produce and manage detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate procurement processes, suppliers and timelines.
• Manage project budgets of R2 million+ with strong cost control.
• Ensure high‑quality installation and on‑site delivery.
• Maintain structure, systems and accountability across projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within an interior design or interior architecture firm.
• Strong exposure to high‑end residential and/or commercial projects.
• Experience managing project budgets of R2 million and above.
• Highly organised, detail‑driven and commercially aware.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Procurement coordination and supplier management.
