Senior Integrations Architect

About the role

The Senior Integrations Architect designs, builds, and governs scalable, secure, and reliable integrations across enterprise applications, platforms, and external partners. This position focuses on legal‑technology integrations, linking Contract Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Legal Management, eBilling, and related systems with core enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Design end‑to‑end integration architectures for on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, documented technical designs.
• Define integration standards, patterns, and best practices (API‑led, event‑driven, batch, real‑time).
• Design and implement APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Establish error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers.
• Review solution designs and perform architecture assurance.
• Support data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Evaluate and select integration technologies, tools, and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical workshops in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Python.
• Deep understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), messaging, and event streaming.
• Experience with legal‑tech integrations (CLM, ELM, eSignature, ERP/Finance systems).
• Ability to work US hours on an ad‑hoc basis when required.
