About the Role

Join a well-established leader in the financial services sector as a Senior HR Practitioner. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, foster a positive employee experience, and implement strategic HR practices that align with our organizational goals.

Main Missions

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description drafting, grading, interviewing, and managing internal transfers and promotions.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure strict adherence to labor legislation, employment equity, skills development, and occupational health and safety standards while managing first-level disciplinary actions.
  • Employee Development: Drive talent growth through probation management, individual development plans (IDPs), Knowledge Hub sessions, and succession planning.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate the performance system, ensuring alignment between KPAs and KPIs, and providing detailed reporting.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Manage transactional activities including payroll inputs, monthly/quarterly HR reporting, leave management, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR Practitioner, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment equity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and performance management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters professionally.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail regarding administrative and payroll-related tasks.
