Senior HR Business Partner – International Fintech

About the role

Optasia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its fast‑growing, international fintech operations. The role will be based across key markets and will partner directly with senior leaders to translate business strategy into effective people plans.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders in the assigned region.
• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with growth priorities, organization design, and workforce planning.
• Provide coaching and trusted guidance on performance, engagement, talent planning, succession, and complex employee relations.
• Leverage people data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actions that improve retention and productivity.
• Support leaders through organizational change, including restructures, role clarity, and communication planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Lead annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, talent reviews, promotions, and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Commercially minded HR leader with proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Strong judgment and ability to navigate shifting priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
• Passionate about building high‑performing teams, coaching leaders, and creating scalable, data‑informed people practices.
