Senior HR Business Partner – International Company

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Senior HR Business Partner to join a globally recognised organisation. In this strategic and hands‑on role you will partner with senior leaders across an international environment, shaping people strategies that drive business performance and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead core HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations and Organisational Design.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and organisational transformation projects.
• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior management on people‑related matters.
• Analyse HR metrics and leverage HR Information Systems to support data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best HR practices.
• Lead and develop HR teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (essential); postgraduate diploma or MBA highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing teams through other managers.
• At least 5 years in a senior HR Business Partner or performance‑improvement role with responsibility for multiple HR disciplines.
• Proven experience in an international or geographically diverse business environment.
• Afrikaans as a school subject is an added advantage.
