Senior Healthcare Recruiter (BCBA/RBT)

About the role

ReWorks Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to own the recruitment of clinical talent, with a focus on Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other healthcare professionals. This is not an entry-level position: the role suits someone who can work independently, take initiative and potentially grow into owning the recruitment function as the company expands into more states. It is full-time and remote, with working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for BCBA, RBT and other healthcare/clinical positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other channels
• Screen and interview candidates, including structured interviews with BCBA candidates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple states and engage passive candidates
• Partner with hiring managers, assess candidates on technical requirements and cultural fit, and give clear recommendations
• Track recruitment activity and pipeline progress, fix bottlenecks and set recruitment targets and timelines
• Develop sourcing strategies to support company growth and help shape recruitment processes

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical, medical or staffing
• Proven experience sourcing and interviewing independently; healthcare professional recruitment experience is highly advantageous
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing experience
• Comfortable working with US-based clients and candidates
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership of recruitment outcomes
