Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing brand. The role is based onsite in the Caribbean and offers full relocation and work‑permit support.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital, print, social media, outdoor advertising, websites and integrated campaigns.
• Produce high‑quality motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, brand idents and product explainers.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with videographers and the marketing team to ensure visual cohesion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Mentor a junior content creator, providing feedback and day‑to‑day guidance.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to improve workflow efficiency while preserving originality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering print, digital and social media.
• Proven motion‑graphics and animation expertise.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior designers.
