Senior Global Equity Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Global Equity Analyst to join our investment team in Bellville, Cape Town. You will work in a fast‑moving market environment, turning complex data into clear investment ideas that influence portfolio decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Research listed companies across global markets and build robust valuation models.
• Analyse financial statements, macro‑economic and sector trends.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and present findings to investment committees.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and engage with company management and external research providers.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Investment Management, Economics or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in global investment research or financial analysis.
• Progress towards CFA qualification.
• Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town will be considered.

Required skills

• Strong financial modelling and equity valuation capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and investment data platforms.
