Senior Gender & Human Rights Expert

About the role
NTU International is building a pool of senior experts to support the Cooperation Facility for EU Action in Lesotho. The Senior Gender & Human Rights Expert will provide strategic guidance and ensure that gender equality, human rights and social inclusion are embedded throughout project activities.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate gender equality, human rights and social inclusion considerations into all phases of the project.
- Conduct gender and human rights analyses to inform policy and programme design.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations and support policy dialogue with national and EU partners.
- Advise project teams on mainstreaming cross‑cutting priorities within EU interventions.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion and human rights.
- Proven ability to work in development cooperation contexts.
- Experience with EU‑funded projects is an advantage.
