Senior Full Stack Developer (React Native, React & Laravel)

About the role

The company is a growing South African EdTech provider delivering an integrated school administration and management system. They are seeking a senior full‑stack developer to work on both the web portal and the iOS/Android mobile app, as well as the supporting backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across the web portal and React Native mobile app.
• Build and maintain Laravel backend services and REST APIs used by both web and mobile applications.
• Design and maintain MySQL database structures, queries and migrations.
• Manage mobile builds and releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Review code, mentor developers and contribute to technical standards and architectural decisions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of commercial React Native development.
• Proven ability to take features from technical planning through development, testing, release and support.
• Strong problem‑solving, estimation and communication skills.
