Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain high‑quality, scalable web applications and services. You will work on both back‑end and front‑end components, ensuring robust architecture and testable code. The role involves close collaboration with UX designers, product owners, and other engineers in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Python and Java based web applications and micro‑services.
• Contribute to overall system architecture and create architecture diagrams for enterprise review.
• Write clean, testable code following TDD principles and conduct code reviews for peers and junior developers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Migrate existing projects to AWS (EC2, S3, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, Cognito) and optimise database performance.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces with HTML, JavaScript and modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• Perform load testing, debug issues, and ensure compliance with OWASP security standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers and follow Agile/Scrum processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and experience maintaining existing applications.
