About the role

We are looking for a Senior East Africa Luxury Safari Consultant to join our team remotely. In this full‑time position you will craft bespoke safari experiences for high‑end clients, ensuring every detail aligns with their expectations and delivers unforgettable journeys across East Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sell tailor‑made luxury safari packages based on client preferences.
• Manage all booking arrangements for accommodations, tours, and transport.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Liaise with service providers, including lodges, guides, and transport operators.
• Stay up‑to‑date with destinations, wildlife, cultural attractions, and luxury offerings in East Africa.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide after‑sales support and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting, itinerary creation, and luxury travel services.
• In‑depth knowledge of East African safari destinations, wildlife, luxury accommodations, and cultural experiences.
• Strong sales ability to tailor and close bespoke travel packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client‑relationship management skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients and itineraries.
• Passion for travel and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages or regional dialects are a plus.
