Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our AWS‑native banking platform. You will own the build, automation, and operational tooling that delivery teams rely on daily, ensuring safe and repeatable code delivery in a regulated PCI‑DSS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that move code from commit to production.
• Automate AWS workload provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with version‑controlled, auditable environments.
• Develop and operate deployment automation, release tooling, and self‑service templates for developer teams.
• Integrate security and compliance controls, including secrets management and change traceability, into pipelines.
• Work hands‑on across the AWS estate (EC2, RDS, EKS, ECS, Load Balancers, Secrets Manager, KMS, Service Catalog) and on‑premise integrations.
• Apply networking fundamentals (routing, segmentation, security groups, DNS, TLS, load balancing) to design secure, operable environments.
• Support platform services such as identity, messaging, and application server tiers.
• Leverage SRE practices to improve observability, incident response, and resilience.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in DevOps engineering within a regulated, PCI‑DSS environment.
• Strong background in AWS cloud services and native tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with Site Reliability Engineering concepts is a plus.
