Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Senior Customer Success Manager is the primary point of contact for both clients and affiliates, ensuring seamless delivery of lead‑generation services. You will drive portfolio growth, manage relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Account Manager for clients and affiliates, building trust‑based relationships and delivering at least one strategic engagement per month.
• Maintain monthly Success Plans for top‑tier accounts, identify economic buyers, and conduct quarterly Executive Business Reviews.
• Oversee the full data lifecycle – intake, processing, quality assurance, and reporting – ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage CRM and Lead Management System usage, lead system integrations, and configure campaign setups across platforms such as LeadByte.
• Ensure legal and compliance adherence to data‑protection, Do‑Not‑Call and complaints regulations.
• Collaborate with finance on invoicing, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance tracking.

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
