Senior Customer Service Representative - Nights

About the role

As a Senior Customer Service Representative working on‑site in Cape Town, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences for U.S. clients during night shifts. You will handle complex and escalated inquiries, primarily related to diagnostic imaging, life‑care solutions, and biomedical services, ensuring customers receive empathetic and accurate support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers on diagnostic imaging, life‑care solutions, surgical or biomedical services with sincere empathy.
• Research and provide accurate answers to resolve customer issues.
• Handle escalated or complex calls, especially regarding critical healthcare questions and concerns.

Required profile

• Matric/NQF Level 4 (mandatory) and South African citizenship or permanent residency.
• Highly patient and empathetic with strong listening ability, able to remain calm and solution‑oriented in high‑pressure or emotionally sensitive situations.
