Senior Business Analyst – Integration & Automation

About the role

As an Integration Analyst Consultant you will work directly with customers to discover automation opportunities, design integration strategies with the Integration Architect, and ensure clients maximise the value of their software investments. The role blends business analysis, integration expertise, and client collaboration in a high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to analyse systems, understand business workflows, and identify integration opportunities.
• Run discovery and requirements workshops to surface technical and business needs.
• Propose, document, and present tailored integration solutions using Flowgear.
• Assist with data and process modelling, transformation mapping, and best‑practice configuration.
• Provide hands‑on support during integration design, build, and optimisation phases.
• Lead post‑implementation reviews to ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance.
• 4‑6 years experience in integration consulting, business systems analysis or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP ecosystems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Syspro) and finance process flows.
• Experience designing integrations with financial institutions, manufacturing or e‑commerce.
• Ability to lead client‑facing workshops and design sessions independently.

Required skills

• ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Syspro).
• iPaaS platforms (Flowgear) and low‑code/no‑code visual designers.
• API technologies: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML.
• .NET 8 development on Azure cloud services.
• Version control and CI/CD tools: GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform.
