Senior Brand Manager – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy for a fintech client. The role combines strategic brand stewardship with digital growth, partner co‑marketing and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall brand strategy, positioning and tone of voice for consumer and partner segments.
• Maintain brand governance, ensuring consistent application of guidelines across digital, trade, product and partner touchpoints.
• Manage key partner relationships, driving co‑marketing, co‑branded campaigns and joint activations.
• Translate business and product priorities into clear creative briefs and campaign concepts.
• Lead the Digital Manager and Campaign & Sponsorship Specialist, setting performance expectations and overseeing a digital growth agency.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead, Trade Marketing Manager, Sales and Product teams to align brand, creative and go‑to‑market activities.
• Act as a brand custodian, approving creative output and ensuring brand fit before activation.
• Deputise for the Head of Marketing when required, reducing operational load.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management within fast‑moving consumer or fintech environments.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable brand frameworks.
• Excellent briefing discipline, prioritisation and execution management.
• High degree of autonomy and capability to influence cross‑functional teams.
