Senior Associate – Forensic Investigator

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Forensic Services team in Cape Town. In this role you will help clients detect, investigate and mitigate fraud, corruption and integrity risks using data‑driven and technology‑enabled approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of fraud investigations, risk assessments and prevention initiatives.
• Conduct investigations into fraud, corruption and irregularities, including evidence gathering and analysis.
• Perform proactive forensic analytics to identify anomalies, trends and emerging risks using advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools.
• Collect, analyse and interpret financial and non‑financial data, leveraging forensic technology platforms and data‑visualisation techniques.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop actionable recommendations and ensure regulatory compliance.
