Senior Accountant

About the role

Network Finance is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join its fast‑growing finance team in Johannesburg North. You will work with large volumes of transactions, modern finance systems and reporting tools, and contribute to accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and year‑end accounting processes.
• Prepare reconciliations, financial reports and management accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, controls and compliance documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Analyse financial data, identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights.

Required profile

• BCom degree with completed articles.
• 1–2 years post‑articles experience.
• SAIPA or AGA qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in a high‑volume accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
