Seed Production Research Executive

About the role

The Seed Production Research Executive will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of seed production research trials. Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, the role ensures optimal agronomic practices and operational efficiencies for successful market launch of seed products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage seed production research trials.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and produce regular reports.
• Plan and execute post‑commercialization seed production activities.
• Oversee quality, compliance and logistics for trial materials.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Seed Science, Crop Science, Plant Breeding, Horticulture or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural research, seed production or agronomy.
• Proven experience managing field trials and analysing agronomic data.
• Exposure to hybrid seed production operations is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, project‑management capability and strong organizational skills.
