About the role

TFG Home is seeking energetic and hardworking seasonal employees to deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the festive period at Fourways Mall.

Key responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador and create unforgettable shopping experiences for customers.
Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing optimal solutions.
Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise to keep the store customer‑ready.

Required profile

Experience within a retail environment.
A Matric certificate (advantageous).
South African citizenship.
Excellent communication and selling skills.
Passion for retail and fashion (advantageous).
Sales‑driven and customer‑focused mindset.
Strong work ethic and initiative to deliver results.
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
Willingness to work retail hours and possess reliable transport.
Available to start immediately.
