Seasonal Sales Associate (120hr)

About the role

TFG is looking for seasonal employees to help create an excellent shopping experience during the festive period. The position is a 120-hour seasonal role at @home Knysna Mall, and the employer prefers candidates who are available to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and create an unforgettable shopping experience for customers.
• Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations.
• Keep track of sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Look for opportunities to make new sales.
• Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise so the store stays customer-ready.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail environment.
• A Matric certificate (advantageous).
• South African citizenship.
• Willingness to work retail hours and reliable transport.
• Available to start immediately; applications not heard back within four weeks are unsuccessful.

• Strong work ethic, initiative and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Efficient handling of customer queries and complaints.
