About the role

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals for a seasonal sales associate position during the festive period. This 120‑hour contract role is designed to support store operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for shoppers in the Free State region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer receives a memorable experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product ranges, décor, and fashion trends.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities and promote merchandise.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock so the store remains ready for customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Matric certificate (advantageous).
• South African citizenship.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Reliable transport and immediate availability.
