Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions.
• Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise so the store remains customer‑ready.

Required profile

• Experience within a retail environment.
• A Matric certificate (advantageous).

• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Passion for retail and fashion.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Reliable transport and South African citizenship.
• Willingness to work retail hours and start immediately.
