About the role
TFG is seeking fun, energetic and hardworking seasonal employees to help create the ultimate shopping experience during the festive period. If you love retail, have a strong selling instinct, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy connecting with people, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise so the store remains customer‑ready.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Matric certificate (advantageous).
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- South African citizenship with reliable transport.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
