About the role

Join the Willowbridge store team for the festive season and help customers create joyful moments at home. You will deliver memorable, high‑quality service while showcasing Yuppiechef’s range of kitchen and home products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalised service to every customer who enters the store.
• Maintain an inviting store layout that highlights the brand and product range.
• Wrap gifts efficiently for customers purchasing holiday items.
• Keep the store clean and organised.
• Address and resolve customer enquiries promptly.
• Follow internal procedures for stock receipt, storage and merchandising.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about food, cooking and entertaining.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Committed to delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Goal‑driven and eager to work in a collaborative retail environment.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and leaving customers smiling.

Required skills

• Grade 12 / Matriculation qualification.
• Previous experience in a luxury or retail brand is advantageous but not mandatory.
