About the role
We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our Paarl store team for the busy holiday season. As a Sales Assistant you will help customers discover joyful moments at home, provide memorable service, and support the overall store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level customer service to every visitor, ensuring each interaction is unique.
- Maintain an inviting store environment that showcases our brand and product range.
- Wrap gifts for customers purchasing items.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Handle and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Follow internal processes for stock receipt, storage, and merchandising.
Required profile
- Passion for food, cooking and entertaining.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and reliable.
- Strong sense of responsibility for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Goal‑driven and eager to work within a collaborative retail team.
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and leaving customers smiling.
