Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking, tech‑savvy SEO Manager to own and drive our organic growth strategy. This newly created position will lead the development of scalable SEO initiatives, integrate AI‑powered workflows, and ensure our digital assets perform at the highest level across search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a comprehensive organic search strategy for a large portfolio of sites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site architecture, and implement structured data/schema markup.
• Design and automate keyword research, rank tracking, and competitor monitoring workflows.
• Integrate AI/ML models, including NLP, for advanced content optimisation and keyword clustering.
• Build APIs, automated reporting systems, and data pipelines linking SEO tools with analytics platforms.
• Use data analytics and AI tools to predict traffic trends, monitor KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to embed technical SEO best practices.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and AI search innovations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, site architecture, and multi‑site link‑building.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
