Schools Marketer (Outreach & Presentations Consultant)

About the role

HyperionDev, a leading provider of accelerated tech education in EMEA, is looking for a Schools Marketer (Outreach & Presentations Consultant) in Cape Town. The role grows the student pipeline by working directly with secondary schools: managing the outreach pipeline, securing appointments with school leadership and delivering high-energy presentations to Grade 12 learners about the bootcamps and university partners. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls and emails to schools to secure presentation bookings and reach the right decision-makers such as Life Orientation teachers or principals.
• Travel extensively to schools to present to large groups of Grade 12 students and build relationships with administrators so visits can continue annually.
• Collect student data cards physically after each presentation and enter all leads into the CRM system.
• Monitor the booking calendar to keep the travel schedule full and handle callbacks and follow-up requests on time.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales-driven role.
• 1+ years of experience in a role involving public speaking or large-group presentations.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable personal vehicle, with willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Preferred: marketing, commerce or education-related bachelor's degree, and 1+ year of experience in online or coding education.

Required skills

• Attention to detail for data entry and CRM management.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and data collection targets.
