SAP Young Professionals Program – South Africa 2026

About the role

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a two‑month, fully‑online training initiative designed to equip recent graduates with the certifications and soft skills needed to start a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Participants will receive classroom‑style instruction, hands‑on workshops, and mentorship from SAP experts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization and upgrade phases of SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Provide business‑process and functional expertise to client engagements.
• Support project teams with analysis, consulting, coaching and knowledge transfer.
• Help maintain high customer satisfaction and develop referenceable client relationships.

Required profile

• Currently unemployed or in a part‑time/non‑permanent role unrelated to career goals.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, AI or related field.
• Graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested).
• Strong interest in an SAP‑focused career that involves travel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Full‑time availability (9 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday) for the two‑month training period.
