About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP CAR Consultant to join retailsolutions AG and deliver retail projects across the UK, Europe and the Nordics. The role focuses on implementing SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) solutions for retail clients and acting as a trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and conduct design workshops with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coherent, optimized and standardized processes.
- Support the full implementation lifecycle, meeting milestones and sign‑offs.
- Develop functional specifications, review enhancements and perform testing for SAP CAR.
- Assist in product management by contributing retailsolutions‑specific IP on the SAP CAR platform.
Required profile
- Proven experience in 2‑3 end‑to‑end SAP CAR implementation life cycles.
- Background working with retail clients on complex SAP environments.
- Ability to explain SAP CAR benefits, especially POS data transfer, promotion management and omnichannel availability.
- Demonstrated trusted‑advisor mindset with strong client‑facing skills.
