About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. The role involves selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, building relationships, identifying needs, and contributing to sales targets and organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate sales and meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales budget/targets and income, contributing to overall profitability.
- Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and product presentation.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.
- Provide customer‑centric service, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Required profile
- At least 12 months sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Grade 12).
- Demonstrated teamwork, self‑motivation, and a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to follow business policies and procedures.
